Meet Beau Skala

I played four years at Kearney High School before continuing my baseball career at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas. My experience as a player inspired me to share my knowledge of swing mechanics and help the next generation develop their skills. Now entering my second year of coaching, I work with players from age 7 through college in the Lincoln and Omaha areas. I use video analysis to break down swings and walk players through their mechanics, helping them understand what to work on and why. With clear instruction and timely feedback, my focus is on giving each player the tools to keep developing between lessons.

How lessons work

See your swing.
Understand your swing.

Every lesson answers two questions: what to work on, and why. Beau teaches hitters to understand their own mechanics so they keep improving on their own.
