A full off-season plan, not random winter lessons
Athletes train once per week in person, then follow a structured at-home program between sessions.
The Off-Season Program is built for athletes who need a clear development block before the next season. Training combines mechanics, velocity work, ArmCare, video analysis, and progress benchmarks so families can see what is improving.
Duration: 16 weeks, November through February. Enrollment window: August 1 through October 30, or until groups fill.
Core outcomes
- Build velocity, command, pitch quality, and mound presence
- Use ArmCare, mobility, recovery, and workload habits to protect the arm
- Track progress with velocity benchmarks, video analysis, and coach feedback
- Match the athlete to pitching-only or two-way development based on goals
Choose pitching-only or two-way development
Both paths include weekly training, at-home programming, weighted ball work, ArmCare support, and direct coach communication.
